The dolls are all made of cloth, the body as well as the clothing. They are adorned with all sorts of embellishments, and many distinctive and varied types of fabric patterns and prints. The hair is made of natural or synthetic yarns and fibers. Each of the faces is handpainted, so no two faces are alike, and they are truly one-of-a-kind creations!
The doll pictured below is an African lady dressed in elegant clothing. The fabric has gold metallic in it, and her blouse yoke is trimmed in gold trim. Isn't she elegant?
